Collecting your caravan

On arrival at pick up point we will complete various safety checks to ensure your caravan is fully roadworthy and has no existing damage. Pictures will be taken as a record.

You, or a representative acting on your behalf, will be asked to sign our collection checklist reflecting these checks and prior to the caravan being moved.

Delivery point

Once we reach the destination point follow-up checks will be completed to confirm that no damage has occurred during transit and a series of photographs taken.

You, or your representative, will then be asked to sign our checklist to confirm safe and secure delivery of your caravan.
